pre-appointment instructions

THINGS TO KNOW PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

We look forward to seeing you in clinic! Here are a few pre-service instructions you must know before coming to your appointment to get the best results!

Please scroll to the correct service area you are booked in for, to find your pre-appointment care.

*IMPORTANT* - We are not responsible for any adverse reactions or failed service outcomes due to clients NOT advising contraindications to the therapist prior to appointment and FAILURE to follow pre-appointment instructions. Fees will still apply where a client has not advised within 48hrs of appointment of any known concerns that may prevent a service from going ahead on the day.

BROWS

For clients making a brow appointment whether this be a Brow Wax, Dye/Tint or all combined please carefully read the following:

- Gently exfoliate the brow area with a mild scrub or mascara wand + cleanser 24hrs prior to your appointment, to remove any dry skin build up leaving a smooth even canvas to work on and prevent any premature skin tearing.

- Avoid applying any Serums, Oils or Moisturisers directly to the brow area the day of your appointment. (This causes a barrier prevents the skin from fully absorbing the dye).

- Ensure you DO NOT use any Vitamin A, Retinol or Retinoid Products at least 7 days prior to your appointment. (This causing thinning of the skin + increased skin sensitivity that can cause skin tearing).

- If you have Botox and/or Filler in the treatment area, please ensure you have waited at least 2 weeks before having this treatment.

- Ensure you DO NOT have an active or healing sunburn in the area to be treated.

LASH LIFT

- Avoid caffeine and alcohol 24hrs prior to appointment to prevent excessive bleeding that can reduce pigment absorption.
