Client memberships are the best way to continue or start your skin and/or beauty journey here at Ethereal Skin & Beauty Ave. With flexible payment options, Membership only benefits and perks, plus a regular appointment schedule, you can be sure to treat yourself while looking and feeling your best.. minus the guilt!

How do memberships work?

1. Select from one of the pre-organised membership packages below and select the 6 or 12mth option.
2. You will be taken to the sign up page, where you will fill out your details and payment information, There you will also find your repayment amount and frequency (if you like a particular package but want to change the repayment frequency please contact us with the form below and we will change this for you before you sign up).
3. You're done! It's as easy as that! We will be notified of your membership sign up and apply this to your online booking account (if you have one), you will receive confirmation once this has been done so any online bookings you make will be covered (so long as those treatments are in your membership package).

What if I want a custom membership?

We understand pre-set packages will not suit everyone, therefore if you would like to put together a custom package please contact us on the form below and include - any treatments you would like, repayment frequency, 6 or 12mth term and if you would like to pay an upfront amount to reduce the repayments, if you are uncertain that is okay! We will work together to create the best membership to suit you. You will first be sent a layout of everything in your membership plus the repayment amounts.
After creating your custom package you will receive a link via text to finish the sign up, then done! Your online booking account will be updated.

Membership Terms & Conditions

** Pre set packages are automatically set to weekly repayments on a Friday, to change the repayment date and/or frequency please contact us to change this prior to sign up.
** Cancellation and No Show Policies/Fees remain for Memberships, Alternatively you can chose to void a treatment from the membership instead of paying the fee.
** Cancellation of memberships can only be done after the minimum term of 14 weeks (you must give us 30days notice in writing if you wish to terminate the membership - via email).
**All pre-set membership package prices are inclusive of transaction/merchant fees of 3.3%.
** Custom memberships will also include a transaction fees of 3.3%.
** All Membership signups will occur a once-off $7.70 establishment fee. This fee will apply for every new membership sign up even if under an existing customers name. If you would like to renew your current membership after the term finishes please ensure "Automatic Renewal" is selected to prevent paying another establishment fee.
